Course and Conference: Register early to get the best price! Fee includes entry to the two & a half days of the courses and the conference, continental breakfast, and a one year membership or renewal with AAS valued at $50.00. Plan on joining us for our Friday evening dinner reception to be held at the Asian Jewels Seafood Restaurant featuring authentic Asian cuisine served buffet style. The cost of the dinner is an additional $30.00 including tax and gratuities. Feel free to bring a friend or a family member even if they are not attending the conference. This is a fine time to socialize with the faculty, the AAS Board of Directors, and others interested in Apitherapy. All registration and payment for the CMACC program and dinner reception is done through AAS, see below. Space is limited and we may not be able to accommodate any walk ins for the conference, the post conference special practical workshop or the Friday night reception dinner.
Hotel Registration: Hotels must be booked separately. The AAS has a block of rooms from May 14-16th at the Sheraton LaGuardia East where the conference is being held for a special rate of $179.00 per night Singles/Doubles. These rates do not include taxes which are currently 14.75% as well as a $3.50 occupancy tax. Rooms are limited and the deadline for booking rooms at this rate at the Sheraton LaGuardia East is 5PM EST on April 1, 2015. The AAS also has a block of rooms at the Howard Johnson Flushing just 1 block from the Sheraton offering rooms with 1 Queen bed for $111.00 plus 18% tax and rooms with 1 Queen bed and 1 Single bed for $135.20 plus 18% tax. CMACC Cancellation Policy:
If for unforeseen circumstances registrants find that they are unable to attend and must cancel, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation through March 31, 2015: You will receive a full refund.
Cancellation from April 1, 2015 - April 30, 2015: You will receive a refund minus $150.00.
Cancellation after May 1, 2015: No refund, payment may be used for another person to attend.
Any and all refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Course and Conference either by check or credit card.
CMACC REGISTRATION: Due to the success of offering two course levels in recent years, AAS is again featuring the two course levels. We are also offering for the very first time a post conference 3 hour special practical workshop for a small add on fee to course participants to be held on Sunday May 17, 2015 from 2PM-5PM. This workshop will be offered based on a minimum of 20 participants and offered also to non CMACC participants at a higher price. Space is limited so register early. All CMACC Participants will receive a certificate of completion of the Course and Conference reflecting course hours.

DINNER REGISTRATION: Friday May 15, 2015 at Asian Jewels Seafood Restaurant. Reception and dinner must be paid for prior to May 1, 2015. We may be able to accommodate others after that date or on location, but space is limited and may fill up prior to this deadline.
